TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bond Cleans
To secure and lock in your preferred date for a bond clean, a deposit of $300 is required. This deposit can be transferred to;

Once this deposit has been received, your bond clean date is secured. This deposit will come off your final balance. Final balance is required on commencement of your clean either by cash, card (2% fee applies), or OSKO instant bank transfer. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you once funds have been cleared into our account or on receipt of cash or card payment.

All bond clean quotes are an estimate only and based on average soiling. This deposit is refundable if cancelled 7 days in advance. This deposit is transferable to another date if 3 days' notice is provided and we have availability.

A bond clean deposit secures your job as per the quote. If more than 50% of the clean is performed by you after your booking has been secured at the agreed and approved quote, this may be regarded as a late cancellation, and a minimum bond clean fee will still apply to cover the call-out and staff scheduled for your job.

A deposit of $50 is required for all other non-bond cleaning bookings if the service is quoted at $350 or greater. Cancellation and transferable terms and conditions as per the above apply.

IMPORTANT: For a successful bond clean, it is essential that power remains connected for a minimum of 24 hours AFTER your cleaning appointment. If power is disconnected upon our arrival, it may jeopardize the return of your deposit. Please ensure that the power remains on for the entire duration of your job and is not disconnected until at least one day after we’ve completed your bond clean.

Pristine Cleans & Bonds Guarantee
“Pristine Cleans & Bonds” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have engaged us to undertake a full bond clean and your Property Manager is unhappy with the standard of cleaning, we will return to the property upon receipt via email of an official exit condition report listing the cleaning issues that need to be rectified. This list must be from your Property Manager or Leasing Agent. This list must be received by us no later than 72 business hours from completion of the bond clean.

We will return at the earliest possible business day only if we receive a list from the Property Manager and to rectify cleaning issues only. Damage or areas that may result in damage in an attempt to clean them will not be addressed as this is outside of our scope of work.

We provide one call-back only. Additional call-backs will incur a fee.

Voiding of Guarantee: The bond clean guarantee becomes void once a new occupant moves into the property, even if this occurs within the 72-hour callback period. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the property remains unoccupied and in the same condition as it was immediately following our cleaning service, should they wish to avail of the callback service.

CHARGEBACKS: Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us for services or products rendered is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. We are careful to keep very thorough records of all transactions including IP addresses, and we forward all copies of these details, conversations, payments, correspondence, and anything else relevant to our bank for proof that the payment was legal. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues.

Pristine Cleans & Bonds Photography and Video Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Purpose of Use: All photographs and videos taken of vacant properties by Pristine Cleans & Bonds (“We” or “Us”) are primarily for educational purposes, to showcase cleaning results, and for proof of cleaning or damage.

No Distinctive Features: We commit not to showcase any distinguishing features of the property, including its address or the front facade. Our primary focus is on the cleaning results and any areas pertinent to our services.

Social Media Posting: As a default, we may post the photographs or videos of vacant properties on social media or other marketing platforms.

Opt-Out Option: If you, the client, do not wish for photographs or videos of your property to be posted on any of our social media or other platforms, it is your responsibility to inform us:

a. Before we begin the job.
b. In writing via email at info@pristinecleans.com.au.
c. Or through a direct message via our official Facebook messenger.

Consent: By not providing us with prior written notice against the use of photographs or videos of your vacant property, you grant us the consent to use them for the purposes mentioned above.

Liability: Pristine Cleans & Bonds shall not be liable for any claims, costs, or damages arising from the use of the photographs or videos, provided they adhere to these terms and conditions.

Changes to T&Cs: We reserve the right to update or change these T&Cs at any time, and clients are encouraged to review them periodically.

Privacy Policy
Pristine Cleans & Bonds is committed to lawful, fair, and transparent collection of your data. This policy governs data collection by us when you purchase or use our products and services.

We collect information if you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, if you sign up for our Services, you might give us your name and email address. You might also give us data when you email us or give us feedback. In addition, you may submit information online through surveys, forms, portals, or other interactive activities on our website. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal data. Do not provide personal data unless you are authorized to do so.
